Ron Moss is a corporate and securities attorney with more than 30 years of experience working with startups and growing businesses. He has held senior management positions responsible for corporate and financial matters at large corporations and growing companies. Ron has helped launch many successful private and public companies, including doing the IPOs for companies such as Sbarro.
Ron counsels companies throughout all stages, from conception to fundraising and growth to success and/or exit strategies. He has an established track record of guiding emerging growth companies from incorporation and early stage financings through strategic exits such as initial public offerings and sale of the business. By strong guidance and writing understandable and meaningful contracts, Ron counsels clients to a point where they are fully protected and confident in their business.
Ron focuses on operations and corporate governance matters; securities law reporting and compliance matters; private equity and venture capital financings; public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, stock options and other compensation matters, and generally all capital markets transactions, including IPOs.

Background & Education
Ron is a member of the New York State Bar. Ron was previously an associate attorney at Associate Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and Donovan Leisure, and general counsel of Green Waste Energy, Inc. Debt Resolve Inc. and the Hungarian Broadcasting Corp. He was also a visiting professor at the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
