Sabreena Khalid is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She focuses on working with entrepreneurs to make their dreams a reality. Sabreena is skilled in internet law, intellectual property, and investor funding transactions. With a passion for advising start-ups and emerging companies, Sabreena served the tech start-up community as a Harvard Academic Fellow focusing on consumer privacy in mobile application startups.
Sabreena advises entrepreneurs on intellectual property protection, stock options and corporate structuring, equity plans, operating and partnership agreements, privacy protection, and e-commerce. She guides startups through their entire lifecycle, with a particular focus on online-based companies.
Background & Education
Sabreena has also advised startups and small businesses as part of the Harvard Legal Entrepreneurship Project (“HLEP”) and Cyberlaw Clinic, advising internet and mobile-based start-up companies on securities trading, incorporation, consumer privacy, copyright and trademark protection, and data protection frameworks.
In her down time, Sabreena enjoys Urdu poetry and ballroom dancing.
