Bruce has been a commercial litigator and trial attorney for over 35 years. His clients range from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Bruce’s focus is on commercial litigation, debt collection, insurance matters, and complex contract interpretation matters. He is also a certified Mediator/Arbitrator.
Bruce is an aggressive, creative, and experienced litigator and has achieved numerous high-stakes victories in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, piercing the corporate veil, breach of fiduciary duties, intellectual property disputes, products liability, employment discrimination, wage and hour, and commercial real estate.
He is a fierce advocate for his clients. He and other litigators at Gouchev Law have recovered several millions of dollars for individual and corporate clients. He represents either side, the plaintiff or defendant, and is skilled at appellate proceedings.

Before joining Gouchev Law, Bruce worked as a trial attorney for 35 years at various litigation firms. He also has extensive experience as an Officer for Arbitrations and Mediations. Bruce is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts.
