A seasoned professional, Christine Lachnicht is a Wall Street-trained corporate, banking, finance and securities law attorney with experience advising businesses of all sizes and at all stages of the economic cycle—from boom to bust. She brings her expertise as not only an attorney, but also as a business valuation expert, ratings analyst, risk manager, field examiner and businessperson, to counsel her clients on their corporate, contractual and deal work needs.
With wide-ranging skills and three decades of multi-jurisdictional experience in corporate and transactional law, Christine helps clients navigate the complex web of legal and compliance requirements throughout the business lifecycle. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, capital investment documents, strategic planning and implementation, securities law, due diligence, risk management, U.S. and international regulatory affairs.
She offers a unique perspective as an expert on everything from complex contracts to business expansions strategies to compliance best practices, and brings hands-on experience working with business leaders at the highest levels.

Christine is a former vice president for portfolio and market risk at Ambac Assurance Corp. and former vice president and senior analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester.
