In addition to counseling startups and corporate clients on all of their business law needs, Daniel is also a tough litigator on employee and employment-related matters, such as work-related injuries, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and corporate severance agreement litigation.
Background & Education
Daniel is licensed to practice law in New York State, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University and his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. In law school, Daniel was noted as a Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholar.
