Debora Mortimer is a fierce advocate and tireless negotiator. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial matters as well as debtor/payment demand issues, with extensive experience representing corporations, mid-size businesses, and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters.
Deborah has over a decade of experience as a litigation attorney. She has litigated complex claims involving contracts, partner disputes, demand for non-payment, and employment law. Deborah also advises on the ownership and management of closely-held businesses. She keeps up to date on the newest court decisions and ever-involving regulations in the legal field.

Deborah is a graduate of New York Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is a Member of the Bars of New York and New Jersey.
