Lorna Lightfoot-Ware, Esq.
Lorna has a unique combination of experience as a former in-house counsel at companies such as MTV, as well as advising small and mid-size companies on a variety of legal matters. Her previous roles as a former in-house legal counsel give her a deep understanding of business operations which has proven invaluable in her counsel to businesses.
In addition to handling her client’s corporate and IP needs, Lorna also advises on their trademark portfolios, establishing business processes, as well as development and implementation of the corporate-wide intellectual property rights management systems.

Background & Education
Lorna led the Rights Management Legal team at MTV, she also previously served as VP of a sports and entertainment management firm where she was responsible for the business development and client management of various celebrities and high-profile professional athletes. Lorna also served as both Senior Assistant General Counsel for a legal administration services company where she managed several multi-million-dollar securities.
She received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in New York.
