Steven has over thirty years of experience handling complex commercial litigation in New York and California. He represents clients in high-stakes business litigation both in and out of the courtroom.
Steven shows determination and zeal in obtaining successful resolutions for the legal issues his clients face. In his three decades of being a litigator, Steven has tried more than one hundred cases in state and federal courts.

Steven’s experience in litigation involves breach of contract, partnership disputes, corporate governance, and general business litigations relating to business operations, employees and branding. Steven is also well-versed in claims asserting breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and unfair business practices.
