Ana Mirianashvili
Ana Mirianashvili is an associate at Gouchev Law focused on high-growth tech and emerging technology companies. She handles a wide range of commercial transactions and technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership arrangements, M&A, as well as corporate governance, cross-border matters, and early-stage investment capital.

Before joining the firm, Ana served as in-house counsel at a Y Combinator–backed fintech startup and prior to that a global blockchain technology company. In these roles, she managed commercial negotiations, drafted and reviewed complex technology and vendor agreements, supported restructurings and corporate maintenance across multiple jurisdictions, and partnered closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams on regulatory and operational matters.
