Arthur Kats has over 12 years of experience serving business clients in both commercial litigation and dispute resolution as well as corporate contracts. Arthur prides himself on bringing best-in-class legal services to his clients in an efficient, pragmatic, and business-focused manner. His dual practice in both contract law and commercial litigation allows Arthur to leverage relationships and market knowledge on behalf of our clients.
Arthur’s litigation practice includes breach of contracts, lease disputes, payment disputes, entry and collection of judgments, and partner / shareholder disputes.
Arthur’s transactional practice primarily focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including technology agreements, and vendor agreements. He also has experience drafting real property agreements including commercial leases.

Background & Education
Arthur is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and California. He has his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Previously, Arthur practiced at a Brooklyn-based boutique law firm specializing in real estate litigation and transactions. He later served on the in-house legal team as Senior Staff Attorney and Unit Director for a non-profit program delivering commercial legal services to thousands of NYC’s under-served small business owners.
