Chelsea Conway, ESQ.

Chelsea Conway is an associate at Gouchev Law, where she supports companies on commercial transactions, technology agreements, and intellectual property matters. Prior to her legal career, Chelsea spent several years at Christie’s in New York, where she worked closely with legal and business teams to manage contract processes and support global operations. Chelsea also supports dispute strategy involving commercial and IP-related issues, including insurance defense.

Before joining Gouchev Law, Chelsea worked at New York-based law firms, where she drafted motions and pleadings in disputes involving software and technology license agreements, conducted legal research on copyright and trade secret law, and supported broader litigation strategy.
