His practice focuses on general corporate law and enterprise software and technology services contracts, AI, commercial dispute strategy, partnerships, and vendor and customer agreements across various sectors.

Joshua brings significant experience working closely with in-house legal, procurement, product, and business teams, giving him a practical understanding of how legal decisions affect day-to-day operations, revenue execution, and long-term business strategy. He partners with internal stakeholders to deliver clear, commercially grounded legal guidance that supports fast-moving teams while maintaining appropriate risk controls.
