Her practice centers on complex technology transactions, commercial contract negotiation, investment capital and regulatory compliance various industries, including AI, SaaS, media, communications, insurance and healthcare.

With over a decade of experience spanning both law firm and in-house roles, Lydia brings the business fluency and precision that sophisticated legal departments rely on. She regularly advises on procurement and vendor contracting, enterprise software licensing, professional services agreements, and data privacy frameworks, all with an eye toward speed, scalability, and risk mitigation.

Lydia partners closely with general counsel, legal operations, procurement, and cross-functional business teams to structure practical, forward-looking legal solutions. Lydia earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
