Peter is a seasoned litigator who has handled cases from inception through resolution, including jury trial. As a litigation partner at a large mid-Atlantic firm, he represented corporate and insurance clients in complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial contract matters, with particular focus on general liability, cyber insurance, and breach response. 

Peter regularly works in complex regulatory environments and advises on high-stakes commercial decisions, with depth in regulated and high-growth sectors. Peter has built privacy compliance programs and served as a cyber breach coach to businesses and municipalities navigating data security incidents and regulatory enforcement.

Background & Education

Peter began his legal career as a staff attorney with a New Jersey-based insurance company, where he represented policyholders in workers’ compensation litigation throughout the state. He went on to become a litigation partner at a large mid-Atlantic law firm, handling matters from inception through resolution, including jury trials, depositions, hearings, and complex motion practice on behalf of corporate and insurance clients. Outside of his practice, Peter is the director for a youth hockey program.
