Roosevelt is a registered patent attorney with deep experience advising clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property strategy, from patent preparation and prosecution to patent portfolio management, IP licensing, and IP due diligence. He is particularly focused on securing patent protection for technology companies and has a sophisticated understanding of how to translate complex software, systems, and emerging technologies into commercially valuable patent assets.

He has particularly extensive experience with AI patents, focusing on monetizing IP assets both domestically and internationally.

Background & Education

Roosevelt previously served as in-house patent counsel supporting AI and advanced technology innovation initiatives at a global Fortune 100 technology company. He also practiced at several intellectual property law firms, where he represented large multinational technology and electronics companies in patent prosecution, as well as patent and trademark litigation.

Roosevelt is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
